Send us a message
Tell us what you are looking at and we will pick it up from there. Everything you type is composed into a mail addressed to us — you send it from your own mail app, so our reply lands where you expect it.

Walkthrough
Want it shown to you?
Email sales with your site's URL and we will run a scan against it before we speak, so the call is about your findings rather than a generic tour.
You do not need a call to try it. The free plan runs the whole catalogue over 500 URLs a month without one.
What to include, so we can help faster
- A check reported something wrong
- Send the check's name, the URL it flagged, and what you believe is correct. All 100+ checks have a guide describing how they are evaluated, which usually makes it obvious whether it is a misfire — and if it is, the example is the most useful thing you can give us.
- A scan failed or produced nothing
- The site, roughly when you started it, and whether the site is reachable from the public internet. Scans against private hosts, loopback addresses and anything behind a VPN are refused by design.
- The crawl found fewer pages than you expected
- Check robots.txt and your exclusion patterns first — the Crawlability screen shows exactly what was disallowed and what the sitemap listed but the crawl never reached. If it still looks wrong, send us the site.
- You want a limit lifted
- Tell us which limit and why. Individual limits can be raised for one workspace without moving you to a different plan.
