Delivery & Shipping Policy
PixyScan is a software service delivered over the internet. There is nothing physical to ship, no delivery address to give us and no delivery charge. Access is provisioned to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
Effective 21 August 2026 · Applies to PixyScan
1. How PixyScan is delivered
PixyScan is delivered electronically and immediately. No physical goods are shipped. The product is a hosted web application: you buy a subscription, and what you receive is access to your workspace at your account’s sign-in URL. We never ask for a shipping address, never dispatch a parcel, and never levy a delivery, handling or courier charge.
This page is our shipping and delivery policy, stated in the terms that apply to a service rather than a shipment.
2. When access begins
- On successful payment. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment processor confirms the charge — in practice within a few seconds. You do not need to wait for an email before using it.
- On the free plan, access begins the moment your workspace is created. No payment details are taken.
- On an upgrade, the new plan’s limits apply from the moment the payment clears, not at the start of the next cycle.
- On renewal, access is continuous. There is no gap and nothing to re-activate.
- Enterprise agreements are provisioned on the date set out in the order form, which may differ from the invoice date.
Where a payment method settles asynchronously — a bank transfer or a mandate that is still being authorised — access begins when settlement is confirmed to us rather than when you authorised it. That is the only case in which the two differ.
3. What you receive
A paid plan entitles the workspace it was bought for to that plan’s limits: its monthly URL credit allowance, the number of sites and seats it may hold, its history retention window, and the integrations switched on for it. The pricing page lists every limit for every plan, and it is the description of what you are buying.
You are not sent files, licence keys, activation codes or hardware, and there is nothing to download or install. Reports you generate can be exported from inside the application at any time while your plan is active.
4. Invoices and tax
Every payment produces an invoice issued by Kiara TechX LLP, the company that operates PixyScan, from its registered office at 1101, Time Square 1, Opp. Baghban Party Plot, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India. Invoices are available in your workspace’s billing settings as soon as the payment is confirmed and are also emailed to the billing address on the account.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are applied at checkout where they are due — this depends on where you are and, for business customers, on whether you have supplied a valid tax registration number. The amount charged and the tax breakdown are both shown before you confirm the payment.
5. If access does not appear
If a payment has left your account and your plan has not activated, do not pay a second time. Write to [email protected] with the workspace name and the payment reference from your bank or card statement, and we will trace the charge and either activate the plan or return the money.
A failed payment does not end an active subscription immediately; what happens next is set out in the Refunds & Cancellation policy, which also covers cancelling, downgrading and what a refund request gets you.
