Put your own brand on the reports

Set your logo, colours and contact details once, on the Reports screen in the workspace sidebar. Every report downloaded from any site in the workspace then carries them. Included from Pro up.

Looking for the reports themselves?

You download reports from each site's own Reports screen, not from here. See the site's Reports screen

How to get there#

Open Reports in the workspace sidebar, below Workspace alerts.

  1. 1

    Go to the workspace

Click the PixyScan mark at the top left, so that no site is open.

  2. 2

Choose Reports in the workspace sidebar

It sits between Workspace alerts and the Settings group. The screen holds a single Branding form.

The workspace Reports screen: a White-label badge beside the heading, then a Branding card with mark, logo upload, brand name, accent, ink and paper colours, prepared by, contact, cover note and footer.
One form with one Save branding button. Every field is optional, and a blank field keeps PixyScan's own look.

What each field does#

Every field is optional. Fill in only what you want to change, then press Save branding.

Can't edit the fields? Only the workspace's Super Admin can. For everyone else they are read-only.

Does my tier include branding? Check the badge beside the heading. White-label means yes. Any other badge means your tier does not include it. Below Pro, saving is refused with an offer to upgrade.

Cover note—A short note of up to 600 characters on the first page, for example a summary for your client.
Footer—A line printed on every page, such as a confidentiality notice.

You do not need to scan again

Branding is added when a report is downloaded. So it also appears on reports for older scans.

What happens if I downgrade below Pro?

Reports go back to PixyScan's own look. Your saved branding is kept, and it returns when you upgrade again.
